How do Nora Fleming 'minis' work?
Each Nora Fleming serving piece features a small hole. You simply select a decorative 'mini' that represents an occasion or holiday, insert the stem into the hole, and pull from the bottom to secure it with the rubber stopper.
Are the ceramic platters and minis dishwasher safe?
While the ceramic serving pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing all decorative minis to preserve their hand-painted details and prevent chipping.
What is your shipping policy for fragile items?
We take great care in packaging our ceramics. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days via UPS or USPS. Each item is wrapped in protective cushioning to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.
Can I return a product if it arrives damaged?
Yes. If an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will ship a replacement to you immediately at no extra cost.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are looking to expand our shipping capabilities to other international destinations in the near future.
